One of the research focus of Orangenes is the identification of novel markers for diabetes and its complications as well as development of diagnostic tests for them. 

Early detection of diabetes and its complications is critical for the successful treatment. We had discovered several unique makers for both diabetes and its complications. They will become valuable diagnostic tools for the screening of diabetes and its complications. 

Another research focus of Orangenes is the development of novel approaches for the circulating tumor cell detection, treatment of autoimmune diseases, cancer and virus infection.  

We are also actively engaged in the development of phage based products for food and agriculture application.
